Hello, I am looking for an NVQ4-qualified candidate with proven Deputy Manager experience for this exciting Deputy Manager opportunity in a brand new, medium-sized home for adults with learning disabilities Surrey. This position will involve responsibility for developing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments, liaising with external bodies, helping to ensure all policies and procedures are complied with, and some responsibility for staff recruitment and training.
