An exciting Qualified Social Worker position that has become available within Adult and Community Services We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to work within a challenging yet rewarding role for our client
The position will be initially for 3 months, but is likely to be extended due to the urgent requirement.
Duties may include:
1) Case Management
2) Safe Planning and supporting dischargers.
3) Attend Multidisciplinary teams in supporting discharges.
4) Hold complex casework and safe guarding adults .
